How does oir fired central heating work?

The furnace also provides the hot water. The furnace is almost ten years old, the house is about 70 years old. It’s a two story brick, about 2000 SF.

Does anybody have a guess as to the aproximate amount of oil this house will consume?

what is the cheapest way to heat a home furnace with today’s energy cost. electric, propane, heating oil?
